Whether it is one page or 1000 pages, each translation request
will be quoted quickly and accurately.

immediately we receive confirmation of the order in writing, by fax or email.

Deadlines
All translations are completed promptly and delivery dates will be advised at the time orders are placed. Where urgent translations are required, an additional fee may be required.

Translator
We endeavor to have the same translator assigned to each client. This assists in the building of a familiarity with each client's specific business/products/services. Whenever possible the work is performed by a translator into his/her mother tongue.

Control
On completion of each assignment the finished document goes through a standard checking process to ensure quality/reliability of the translation.

Most frequently translated documents are delivered by email. However this does not apply to certified translations as they require the signature of a sworn translator and authenticity stamp. These documents may be collected from our offices or delivered by courier.
